USS Excelsior Campaign Service Ribbon: Murder in the Blue Morgue
Awarded to crewmembers of the USS Excelsior or crewmembers of other Bravofleet ships or stations that have participated in at least one full "act" of an Excelsior mission. Additional campaign stars will be awarded upon completion of subsequent acts of a mission. Awards are disbursed by the Captain or his/her designee at the completion of the mission.
