The Moriarty Award is awarded to the player who has written exemplary villians. Whether small-time crooks, rouge spies, or alien masterminds, the winner of the Moriarty has proven his or her ability to get inside the head of evil, scum, and villiany. In the course of the mission, the recipient developed Starfleet Intelligence General Brahms and his cohort as a vehicle to deal with her arrest. The man she created proved so compelling that he became the center of the entire story. For that reason, Lieutenant Asuka Yubari is hereby awarded the first-ever Moriarty.
