The Medal of Professional Merit medal is awarded to the player who has made significant developments in his or her character with visible talent, making that character a joy to read. Two weeks ago, the recipient could never have been considered for this award. Despite his important role in the mission and a trilogy of posts in which his character demonstrated some remarkable behavior, he was far too inconsistent as a poster and as a character to be marked as developed or, frankly, "visibly" talented. However, in the final days of the mission, he suddenly seemed to click together, and his final post showed the character as the complete man no one expected to ever see from him. He has demonstrated no less than professional merit and, in accordance with that fact, Lieutenant Alex Rol is hereby recognized with this decoration.
